thermal cup
I found that some staff would not serve me when I used my thermal cups with lids. These cups have been all over the world with me and my partner. I have never had any issues before (I've traveled extensively).

the hotel is clean. the staff are friendly and helpful. i love the pools for family fun. i found something to eat at the buffets. the entertainment team get you involved in activities. this.
the bus only goes to the beach twice daily and its very small and the sunbeds are not good. the bar by the small pool is closed sometimes. you must go to the main bar for water.
